eyes open as well as eyes closed!
 
Introduction to Meditation
Why meditate? Observing the mind,
Visualisations & Focusing the mind exercises
(Courses run for 4-6 weeks. All Welcome)

Advanced Class
(Some meditation practice required)
Adding to the practice with Angelic meditations and Shamanic Journeys, as well as guidance to expand your own consciousness

In the modern world, there often appears to be
no time to 'stop' and relax - physically or mentally!
Meditating - even for 10 minutes - gives the body the chance to throw off stresses and toxins and to begin to return to a balanced state. 20 minutes of closed eyes meditation can be the equivalent of
4 hours of the deepest sleep!
 
Medical research also shows how meditation
lowers blood pressure and reduces anxiety
and stress. The subsequent health benefits can be widespread.
